  • Briefing, assigning equipment
  • Pro-actively resolving issues
  • Adhering to company agreed operating procedures
  • Ensuring the team is productive and appropriately trained for the machinery/equipment they are using
  • Accountable for the actions of the team
  • Continually seeking improvement in their department. An employee safety, quality control, productivity must be constantly improved
  • Overseeing the process and ensure it runs smoothly
  • Reporting all safety incidents that occur in their area of


  • Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping at all times
  • Fulfilling administrative responsibilities and maintain a high level of accuracy on stock counts


  • Strong people management and leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate staff
  • Strong communications skills (verbal &written)
  • Good attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic and hands on approach
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent inventory management and record keeping skills
