Supply Chain

Our collection points offer unrivalled national coverage and are fully supported by our experienced, professional team. We provide a full exchange of contact details, named drivers and approved hauliers, together with signed collection notes for every uplift, and weekly or monthly reports.

Our robust service levels ensure that our key suppliers place complete trust in us as a platform from which their own businesses can flourish. Our controlled management of peak periods, capitalising on our multi-site infrastructure, is often a key element in our suppliers' selection process.


Collected pallets are subject to consistent, rigorous processes throughout our network of distribution sites. Once a pallet is receipted, our trained operatives hand-sort each load. Broken pallets are isolated and passed on for remedial work, good pallets are stored for onward delivery to individual customers, all waste - including polythene, cardboard and wood - are disposed of via environmentally accredited waste management companies.

We employ a rigorous grading process to meet theindustry specific challenges faced by our customers. To help our new customers select the most commercially sound and operationally successful pallet type, we have produced a versatile manual which explains our grading process in detail.
