We are very pleased to announce that Scott Group is now officially Disability Confident Committed. The Disability Confident scheme will support us as an employer to recruit and retain talented disabled people and those with other health conditions.
In the main, the scheme will help us to ensure that our recruitment process is inclusive and accessible, and that we support any existing employee who acquires a disability or long-term health condition by enabling them to stay in work.
