Seahawk Apparel has appointed Peter Stewart as its new General Manager.
He said: “The Seahawk business has great potential. We can really add value to customers’ work wear requirements, such as improving health and safety through bespoke alterations, and our local, Scottish-based manufacturing facility ensures we are agile enough to quickly respond to new requirements with short lead times. In addition to looking at new ways of supporting our existing customers, we are actively opening new markets, one of which, is the healthcare sector, and will see this develop over the coming months.”
Scott Direct acquired the Fife-based Seahawk Apparel earlier this year to enhance its existing offering for customers. Seahawk is an important supplier of bespoke work wear including professional safety clothing, corporate work wear, as well as leisure and outdoor clothing.
Seahawk Apparel has a team of 20 staff operating from factories in Glenrothes and Cowdenbeath in Fife, Scotland. Find out more about what’s on offer from Seahawk by visiting the website.
