The opportunity has arisen for a Transport Engineer to join our manufacturing business based at Needham, Norfolk.

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, this role will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and presentation for MOT for our fleet of 4 HGV and 34 Trailers.

You will work effectively in this fast paced environment following all HGV and DVSA standards whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.  You will be required to attend breakdowns or accident damaged vehicles and effect running repairs as required.

As an experience Transport Engineer you will have an abundance of knowledge and experience of working with all aspects of HGV’s, Trailers and light commercial vehicles and ideally qualified at City & Guilds level 3, NVQ or equivalent. You will effectively manage time and meet deadlines and a positive can do attitude is key to success.
