The opportunity has arisen for within our Saw Shop for a Team Leader to join our manufacturing business based at Needham.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will be responsible for saw productivity, the distribution of work cards ensuring timber is available and to requirements whilst enforcing quality adherence and absence management of the section.
You will work effectively as part of the wider team in a fast paced environment ensuring that Health & Safety Regulation are being followed as well as safe working practices and standard operating procedures are adhered to.
You will act as conduit for change where required and will lead by example coaching the team as well as developing and maintaining working relationships in order to achieve optimal performance.
