The opportunity has arisen for an Admin Team Leader to join our manufacturing business.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will be responsible for leading and supporting a team administrators who support the site. Manage daily workflow and holiday cover ensuring all KPIs are met to required standard and to the required deadlines.

You will take responsibility of your team for staff management, coaching, motivating and training to become effective and efficient using continuous improvement tools and best practice.

Demonstrates positive leadership and drives effective improvements, meetings and maintains positive and proactive relationships with individual team members and other departments.
