Job Title: Shift Lead
Reporting To: Production Manager
Hours of Work: 07:00 – 19:00, 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum
As a result of continuous growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Shift Lead to join our manufacturing team.
It is your responsibility to manage the shift and all direct staff to ensure the smooth running of the production process. Ensure all products are produced to the specified specifications and all target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. Ensure that all direct staff comply with the Company’s Health and Safety procedures
You are to take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes with high levels of output during each shift, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times.
You will also contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on manufacturing activities and as such required to be focused, target driven with a positive can-do attitude.
