An opportunity has arisen for a Shift Manager within out manufacturing Business.
Reporting to the Production Manager, this role will oversee the manufacturing process of pallets to ensure efficient and effective production. You and your team will lead, manage and direct the personnel responsible for every stage of production to ensure the team meets our customer demand on time and in full with efficiently produced high quality pallets.
You will be responsible for assigning workloads to production team leaders, whilst monitoring production activities and adjusting schedules to allow for on time deliveries additionally meeting customer demands and specifications. You will encourage and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
As an experienced manager you will have experience in leading as well as coaching and mentoring a team. You should be flexible in your approach within this fast paced environment with a proven track record of improving productivity and planning whilst being mindful of ever changing demands. Excellent attention to detail, a data driven approach and competency in decision making and problem solving is key to success.
Working hours: Monday – Friday 6.00am – 2.00pm
