Senior HR Administrator

The opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Administrator to join our HR People Services team based at our Head Office, Dunfermline.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will provide administration support in all aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will be naturally customer obsessed with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, whilst remaining close to the detail and working to resolve issues in a timely manner.

You will be the first point of contact for HR Business Partners, Line Managers and Site Managers providing core HR administration and dealing with day to day queries to the group including HR system and database updates, creating and the advertisement of recruitment adverts on the internal website and external job boards.  You will undertake all administration for starters and leavers as well as general HR administration as well as the management of several mail boxes relating to HR enquiries. You will have line management experience and accountability for one HR Administrator.

As an experienced administrator you will have strong attention to detail, confident communication skills, the ability to deal with information in a confidential manner and a “can do” flexible mind set.  You should be proficient in all Microsoft programmes, knowledge of basic employment law and HR/Payroll practices would be advantageous.  A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HR Assistant/Administrator is essential.  Key to your success will be the ability to working to strict and changing deadlines.
