We have 1000 collection points throughout the UK, and every year we collect and return more than 1.2 million pallets to customers for re-use. We have ambitous plans to expand our operations over the next 12 – 18 months and are looking to expand our York Recovery operation.
The opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join our Recovery business.
Reporting to the Site Manager at Church Gresley, this role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the recovery process at our York site – unloading / processing / waste management / storage and loading finished product back to the customer. You will oversee the performance of the team and ensure that all resources are used as safely, productivity and efficiently as possible.
As an experienced Supervisor you will have knowledge of building, leading and mentoring a team. You should be flexible and hands on in your approach within this fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and competency in decision making and problem solving is key to success.
