The opportunity has arisen for a Purchasing Administrator to join our team at the Grangemouth site.
Reporting to the Operations Director, this role will be responsible for all aspects of purchasing administration.
You will be responsible for processing returns and purchase orders in a timely manner to meet customer and business satisfaction. You will ensure supplier returns and warranties are tracked and managed through to a supplier credit or replacement of goods. As part of our quality control, you will carry out new supplier checks and complete customer questionnaires as required for internal and external customers.
As a Purchasing Administrator you will demonstrate a high standard of written and numerical literacy along with excellent problem solving skills. You must be literate in Microsoft office and a knowledge of Navision would be beneficial but not essential. Customers are core to what we do; therefore a high level of customer service to both the internal and external customer and an eye for detail is imperative, along with working well as part of a team and maintaining confidentiality.
