The opportunity has arisen for the role of Production Manager within our Manufacturing Business.
Reporting to the Plant Manager, this role will oversee the manufacturing process of pallets to ensure we produce right first time and deliver on time, every time to our customers.
You will be responsible for leadership of the one hundred plus production team at site, achieving our production targets, developing our people and achieving industry leading performance in safety, quality, cost, delivery and people disciplines. You will encourage and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure excellent teamwork.
As an experienced manager you will have considerable experience in leading as well as coaching and mentoring a team. You should be flexible in your approach within this fast paced environment with a proven track record of improving productivity whilst balancing achievement of ever changing customer demands. Excellent attention to detail and competency in decision making and problem solving is key to success.
