The opportunity has arisen for a Plant Manager to join our Manufacturing business based at Ellesmere Port.

Reporting to the Regional Director, you will be responsible for achieving production targets whilst ensuring safety, quality and budgetary KPI’s are met. Keen to manage best practice and establish standard procedures, you will mentor and lead the team by being committed to continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principles.

As an experienced Plant Manager you will have vast experience in management, driving team engagement and the managing of profit & loss responsibilities.  A deep understanding of IOSH as well as manufacturing and procurement/supply chain is a must. An intense commercial and financial acumen is essential, along with perseverance, personal ambition and a willingness to develop within a dynamic environment is key to success.
