Office Manager

The opportunity has arisen for an Office Manager to join our recovery business based at Church Gresley, Swadlincote on a 9 – 12 month temporary contract.

Reporting to the Site Manager, this role will be responsible for ensuring first class customer service at all levels, by overseeing all office based activities, including the order processing system to ensure customer orders are delivered correctly and on time.

You will support the Site Manager in the planning of production from point of order to delivery. You will mentor and lead your team in order to drive first class customer service by use of performance metric.

To be considered for this position you must show a clear understanding of the importance to follow procedures and processes and have a willingness to drive continuous improvement. Being positive with a “can-do” attitude is key to success.
