The opportunity has arisen for a Machine General Operative to join our manufacturing business

Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will be responsible for the accurate manufacturing of pallets on a semi-automatic line whilst working to detailed specifications.

You will work effectively as part of a team to maintain high levels of output during each shift, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures and Quality Standards are adhered to at all times.

As a Machine General Operative you will demonstrate effective communications and attention to detail. You will strive to constantly meet order demands whilst improving efficiencies and drive down waste.

We offer two 12 hour shift patterns, rotational 4-on-4-off and regular day-shift.

Start pay £9.75 including shift allowance rising to £9.93 after 12 weeks training with the opportunity to earn production bonus.
