The opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our manufacturing business.
Reporting to the production manager this role will be to assist with the day to day running of new pallet build. Driving productivity and ensuring that the highest quality standards are met. Ensure communications within departments are clear and concise to ensure timber requirements are met whilst dealing with any timber concerns.
You will work effectively with your team leading and coaching in order to maintain high levels of output during each shift, whilst ensuring that Health and Safety Procedures and quality standards are adhered to at all times.
As a Team Leader you will demonstrate effective communications and attention to detail. You will strive to constantly meet order demands whilst improving efficiencies and drive down waste.
Hours of work are Monday – Friday 14.30 – 23.00
