HSE Coordinator

The opportunity has arisen for a Health, Safety & Environment Coordinator to join our manufacturing business. Working along with the Site Manager and Site Management teams, you will ensure site compliance with HSE policies through monitoring and providing guidance and support.

You will be responsible for ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported to the appropriate management. Being practical and willing to be hands on, you will lead change and support the site management in the undertaking and completion of investigations. You will collate weekly audit reports in order to reduce accidents and frequency rates, as well as delivering on key HSE objectives.

In order to support the site you will undertake inductions and carry out toolbox talks. A minimum of 2 years’ HSE experience within a Manufacturing/ Logistics organisation is required. As an experienced HSE coordinator you must be decisive, an excellent communicator and be able to prioritise workload whilst possessing excellent IT skills, specifically in Microsoft applications and a NEBOSH certificate would certainly be an advantage.
