Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

Telephone activity

  • Ensure appropriate number of calls are made
  • Meet call cycle frequencies
  • Meet quality of calls and logging of outcome
  • Log number of available Returnable Packaging identified


  • Arrange for available packaging to be collected
  • Manage hauliers’ performance

Key Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Effective communicator – written, verbal, listening skills.
  • Effective time management
  • PC skills Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
  • Good problem solving ability



  • Ensure all are met


  • As and when required, complete daily and weekly statistics


  • Ensure collection onto our yard of appropriate number of packaging per day
  • Liaise with the Operations Department
