The opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our manufacturing business based at Grimsby.

Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will be responsible for processing orders, updating of internal systems and data processing.

You will manage customer orders, process purchase orders within our internal systems (Navision) as well as recording all purchase invoices. In order to manage orders you will engage with suppliers to maintain stocks. You will manage Time and Attendance for payroll processing as well as general office duties.

As an experienced administration assistant you will demonstrate high levels of customer service and have an eye for detail. You must be literate in Microsoft office and knowledge of Navision would be beneficial but not essential. Being positive, confident and holding a flexible work ethic is key to success.
