We have 1000 collection points throughout the UK, and every year we collect and return more than 1.2 million pallets to customers for re-use.
In line with the principles set out in the waste management hierarchy, we optimise the use and re-use of timber pallets and packaging, and aim to avoid generating waste to landfill.
The opportunity has arisen for two Customer Account Developers to join our recovery business. One role is permanent and the other, maternity cover.
Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will be responsible for promoting and developing Service usage to maximise business growth.
You will manage existing databases to identify key locations that are not currently engaged in our services, this will require a confident and all round customer service person to build and develop rapport with prospective customers in order to convert into opportunities.
As an experienced professional you will demonstrate high levels of customer service and be target driven. For this role you must have an excellent telephone manner and be able to multi-task. You must be literate in Microsoft office programmes and have strong problem solving skills. Being positive, confident and holding a flexible work ethic is key to success.
