Norman is involved in the operational side of all parts of the Group, with a particular focus on timber purchasing and supplies, as well as the commercial property division.

As one of the Group's core raw materials, timber supply is vital to the business' success. Working with international partners across both Europe and South America, Norman has been instrumental in the accelerated growth of the business through his direct involvement in acquisitions, negotiations and finance.  During his time on the board, Norman has overseen the growth of the Group from a turnover of less than £1m to over £117m.
